Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Hairstylist Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing and mentoring students in hairstyling techniques, theory, and practical skills in accordance with New Brunswick’s cosmetology standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging classroom instruction and hands-on demonstrations in all aspects of hairstyling, including cutting, coloring, chemical treatments, and styling techniques
- Implement lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with provincial curriculum guidelines
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a professional and safe learning environment
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques
- Support students in preparing for provincial licensing exams
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational experience
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed hairstylist in the Province of New Brunswick
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the hairstyling industry
- Previous teaching or training experience (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and mentorship
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs

Aperçu: Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) en ongles qualifié(e) et dédié(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que technicien(ne) en ongles, vous serez responsable de fournir des services de soins des ongles exceptionnels et d'améliorer l'expérience globale de nos clients. Ce poste à temps plein, non saisonnier, offre une rémunération et des avantages compétitifs.
Responsabilités clés :
1. Peindre les ongles des mains et des pieds, en assurant un haut niveau de précision et de créativité.
2. Couper, nettoyer et façonner les ongles selon les préférences et les normes d'hygiène des clients.
3. Recommander des couleurs et des designs d'ongles adaptés au style et aux préférences de chaque client.
4. Enlever le vernis appliqué précédemment et effectuer les préparations des ongles.
5. Appliquer des ongles en gel poudre et en acrylique, les façonner à la perfection et offrir des traitements connexes.
6. Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation de l'espace de travail entre les rendez-vous.
7. Stériliser l'équipement pour maintenir un environnement de travail sûr et sanitaire.
8. Informer les clients des services de soins des ongles supplémentaires et des offres spéciales.
9. Fournir des massages des mains et des pieds pour améliorer l'expérience globale du client.
10. Offrir des conseils précieux sur les soins des ongles, comme le renforcement des ongles naturels et la prolongation de la durée de vie des couleurs des ongles.
11. Établir de solides relations avec les clients en engageant des conversations et en se souvenant des préférences des clients.
Qualifications :
- Licence ou certification valide de technicien(ne) en ongles.
- Expérience avérée en tant que technicien(ne) en ongles préférée mais non requise.
- Forte attention aux détails et créativité artistique.
